Designed for the guest who is looking for an exclusive, in-depth exploration of the wine, land, and art of the Sonoma area. This one-and-a-half-hour experience starts with a glass of award-winning Chardonnay and an all-terrain vehicle tour of the open-air art sculpture collection, on-site working farm, and the vast lavender fields that blanket the land. Visitors are then invited to their private tasting in a serene, elegant open-air tasting salon. This seasonal tasting explores Donum’s Reserve, Single-Block, and Library wines. Each wine is accompanied by a small seasonal food pairing with this elevated, immersive experience.
